infecting others with the HIV virus / AIDS? Allison (Mariah's sister) is a drug-addict who prostitutes herself and has been doing so for a very long time. She has the HIV virus. Do you think laws need to be enacted/created for circumstances like this?

Mariah Carey's HIV-positive sister has been arrested for prostitution - for a second time.
Police arrested 43-year-old Alison Carey after she solicited an undercover cop, reportedly offering him sex for $250 She could now face up three months in prison
This is not the first time the singer's troubled sister has been in trouble for prostitution
In April she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, for which she was fined $200
Alison has had a troubled past and a stormy relationship with her family, particularly her famous younger sister
She has shockingly confessed she started selling her body as a teenager and that her prostitution paid for limousines to take Mariah to her early shows.
In the early 1990s, Alison was so broke and drug-addicted that her mother got custody of her son.
Alison gave birth to another boy and spent years in welfare motels and sleeping in cars She later lost custody of that boy as well.
In 2000, Alison attempted to sell a tell-all book about her life and her famous sister, whom she called a "vain and heartless multi-millionairess"
