By the way, the European Union may be next on the list to enforce picture warning labels on cigarette packs. :)

i think they're BOTH great, but will have absolutely NO impact on people's addiction to smoking at all.

I give the edge to Canada for the "Tobacco Use Can Make You Impotent" cover. Maybe next year Thailand can top it with "Your Dick Will Fall Off If You Continue Smoking!".
