Girl dies from peanut butter kiss


SAGUENAY, Que. -- A fifteen-year-old Quebec girl with a peanut allergy has died after being kissed by her boyfriend who had eaten peanut butter.

She died earlier this week, a few days after receiving the kiss.

The teenager, who lived in Saguenay, received a shot of adrenalin immediately after being kissed but did not recover.

The official cause of death has not been released.

Wow, yeah that's weird.....

nut allergies are horrible, poor girl :(

Wow, That must have been some kiss. There was a news story here about 10 years ago about this little girl who was allergic to chick peas. She was visiting a friend who's mother was cooking them and the little girl died just from inhaling the aroma of them cooking. It's shocking to me how just barely coming in contact with things we are allergic to can kill us.
