has anyone else been watching this on VH1?

I honestly wanna know, what exactly is the appeal of Carmine Gotti Agnello? He is not that cute (especially not while on the same stage as Antonio Sabato Jr. or Michael Copon), he comes off so fake and wears way too much makeup, he has zero stage presence, and his "singing" is terrible (granted, so is Bai Ling's, but I think part of Bai Ling's appeal is the fact that she is so campy and train-wrecklike that it's hard to keep your eyes off her). I was stunned to see Antonio getting voted off this week while Carmine is still #1. Antonio is a very attractive guy and his presence always attracts a loyal following of girls and gays to whatever soap he does, granted he has about 15 years on Carmine, but do you think when Carmine is 34 that he will be regarded the way Antonio is now? I highly doubt it.

I don't see the attraction with him or his brothers, everytime I see them I wanna grab their ankles and mop the floor with their god awful hairdos. What were they thinking? :lol:

Carmine is my favorite on that show. I can't explain the appeal, I just like seeing his performances.

it's probably the same "train wreck" appeal that I feel towards Bai Ling, she's my favorite because it's fun to see just what she's going to do.

I didn't like Carmine before, but the last straw in "man, I really don't like him" was that he didn't know My Prerogative. Britney Spears is well known as one of the biggest ditzes in pop music and even she knew the song well enough to cover it. I mean, that was a HUGE hit and easily the defining song of Bobby Brown's career, yet he thinks the audience wouldn't know it and doesn't know it himself? You know something's wrong when Britney Spears knows more about music than you.

I honestly do wonder how much acne the boy has, with all that makeup he has caked on I bet he'd probably got the worst craterface, lol.

yes, I'd say he's the strongest of the singers. He's been able to do both rock songs and r&b songs and did a great job at both of them. I think he's the only one on the show who could actually get a real record contract

I watch it. I can't stand them singing but I like watching the celeb's make a fool of themselves.

everyone's talking about how bad they ALL are. I actually think Michael Copon has some actual singing talent

thank god Michael Copon won. He has two things Carmine lacks... good looks and vocal talent. Of course now the poor guy probably has a hit on him :(

have you heard Michael Copon sing? the guy actually has a professional singing voice and did a great job working both rock and r&b songs (most of the other artists had their niche, Morgan Fairchild mostly sang "diva standards", Carmine did hip hop, Antonio did 80's rock, etc..), I wouldn't be too surprised if the guy gets a recording contract after this show, I think he's got a great voice.

I think Michael was the best out of them, but I still think he has a long way to go in improving his voice. It could potentially be great though.

Yeah I heard him sing and he was horrible...at least he did Bohenium Rhapsody horribly anyway.

Copon did an awesome job. Im glad he won the competition, his performances were great... good job overall
