If Shirley Hemphill would've done a Shirley- from- Rob's- Place spinoff instead of Shirley the lottery winner in "One In a Million" would it have worked?

I wonder if it coukd have still been a spinoff if Shirely still worked at Rob's Place but you just never saw Raj, and the gang, or the Thomas House. Kind like how on Three's a Crowd you still saw Jack's Bistro but not the other Three's Company characters.

If Shirley was to do a spinoff, she would've had to move to a new location with new characters surrounding her.

Actually, he moved out of the apartment and was surrounded by new characters.

If Shirley had a spinoff of her very own, I'm sure that it would've worked out A-OK...
Even if it were to last only one season. Her acting and character role was nothing short of funny and quite to-the-point (in a humorous aspect).
You don't see any of that anymore, hardly...
