Hi, everybody! My name is Kelly and this is my first time posting on the "Taxi" message board. I'm from "The Partridge Family" message board (hence my user name, "KeithsSweetheart"), but I'm also a big fan of "Taxi." I look forward to getting to know everybody here and talking with all of you. Oh, by the way. My favorite character on "Taxi" is Bobby Wheeler. I think he's so cute!

Bobby was a great character. I was disappointed that he left the show. The show where Bobby was Tony's agent and they went to a tryout was a classic. Jim was my favorite chracter but really they all were good characters. I guess that's what made the show so watchable.

Kelly, I think you would also like Barney Miller. It is one of my favorite shows. It is on at 11:00pm here in the East.

Hello Kelly, welcome to the Taxi board. I always liked taxi also except when the show featured too much Latka. In small amounts he was tolerable. Although one of my favorite shows involved Latka when he 'became' Alex and he imitated him so well. It is pretty amazing that the writers could be creative enough to think up that storyline.

Andy Kaufman did the best impersonation of Elvis I've ever seen. I don't know if he ever did it on Taxi, but it was amazing. But Jim is my favorite character on Taxi. He doesn't even have to talk, just give somebody one of those looks of his.
