since lots of people normally don;t see this show in local or national syndication. So there should be 6 good eps released just like how it was done for Chico and the man and only priced at $9.99 and that way the Production company can see how big the fanbase is for the show. I personally don;t think an entire season should be released since the show hasn't had a lot of exposure in local and national syndication. Some people I talk to don;t even know what Alice is-lol

They've already made plans to do that. It's been mentioned in this thread (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=154802). It's understandable for a show like this, but they did it with Welcome Back Kotter also and they should know that that's a show that will sell well. But I think they should always release a full season set or release a season set and a best of collection at the same time.

I hope that they don't do the Alice dvd like they did with the Welcome Back Kotter DVD and make it an "exclusive" at Best Buy. Not everybody lives close to a Best Buy to begin with and also Best Buy jacked up the price on the WBK dvd since you have to get it from them, therefore they don't have any competition and they can make it whatever price they choose.

I agree, I live no where near a Best Buy and can't get the DVD's

I wonder if the eps will be uncut. The ones I have are from TNN-lol.
