Wouldn't the victim happen to be Alicia Showalter Reynolds? If so, there is a link that features the composite drawing of the suspect.

The fact that the link name includes the words "wanted criminals" is an obvious hint to the current status of the case.

There is a suspect in that case.

I am aware that a man named Darrell Rice has been looked into as a suspect, although he has never been charged in Alicia's murder. He did, however, go on trial early this year for an unrelated case.

Another man, Richard Evonitz, was suspected in the murder, but no evidence linked him to that case. He was, however, identified as the killer of three girls, and is now deceased. He offed himself before he could be arrested.

I found a link related to the suspects. It is an article that mentions the Alicia Showalter Reynolds case.
