Wouldn't necessarily use that test as a perfect measure of readiness for the test: I see your location says you live in California. The original poster lives in Florida...the traffic laws in the two states, as I mentioned earlier, vary. Of course, most of the questions (but not all) are more of the common sense variety.

A few nitpicks, using my own state as a reference:
In Kentucky, residential areas are 35
Interstate Speed, unless I'm just not remembering correctly, is supposedly limited to 65 (but if you go 70 in I 64/65/75 in KY, your chances of getting a ticket are slim - hell, going 70 means you'll probably get ran over)
Up here, you don't get anything until an Instruction Permit, which you can apply for at 16. Once you've held your permit for 6 months (1 month, IIRC, after 18 [it's either 1 or 3]), you can try for your license.

Oh, and by the way: 90. (Relatives who live in Florida, so I've got some vague idea of the laws differences down there)
