Hey there everybody, i just checked my
onscreen guide, and the 1st season
eppiosdes will start Friday, Nov 25,
at 6:00 AM my time lol and it will begin with
the eppiosode of Mama's Silver, and then
Alien Marriage, just thought id let yall know ahead of
time! And by the way, does TBS show all the
eppisodes now? besides Gert Rides Again?

To my knowledge, they show 129 of the 130 originally broadcast episodes on TBS. :)

I don't know if you knew about this but 135 episodes were actually produced. When MF was in syndication 1986 - 1990, Lorimar was the one who did the backing. That is why you see Lorimar's logo at the end of the syndicated episodes. Anyway, Lorimar needed to have a total of exactly 100 episodes produced to complete their package (some mumbo jumbo like that) so there would be enough episodes for MF to be put on into reruns. Yet...You only see 95 of the 100 syndicated episodes on TBS. Why? I don't know. For some reason, they just never aired the five additional episodes that were made. "Lost" episodes, if you will.

I (as well as most people here) unfortunately don't know too much about the lost episodes. We did have a discussion about it over New Year's.

Maybe you would like to contact Lorimar and ask them about the episodes? In the above thread I posted the link to, Leland said he was going to email TBS and ask about the episodes. TBS didn't make the MF episodes; they merely air the reruns. It'd be interesting to see what Lorimar has to say! :)

I will write them, i would love to find out more about those eppisodes,
hopefully WHEN we get this show on DVD, we will get those lost
eppisodes. I love the Syndicated eppisodes, becuase the actors really
became thier characters in the later years, but i really love the
NBC years as well. I think thier about my favorite, probably becuase
thier the seasons that had Eunice in them. :) but i do love the
syndicated years too. ( i just DONT like bubba at all ) Thanks for
all that great info, i mgoing to write them ASAP.
