Earth, Wind, and Fire's version or the Manhattans? I liked both of them to death, but I'll give the edge to the Manhattans. Theirs were so soulful and smooth.

I'll take the EWF version. I can never hear that song or even think about it now without seeing Elaine's bad dancing on Seinfeld. :lol:

Both did very good versions of Shining Star, I think EWF's version is more superior out of two.
