View Full Version : Detroit Pistons Are 8-0
isiahthomas 11-19-2005, 02:42 PM They're the only undefeated team in the NBA right now. I'll see how long they can stay undefeated. Detroit has been playing some good ball right now. They shut down Tracy McGrady last night. He only scored 6 points on 3-16 shooting from the field. What happened to Lindsey Hunter? Detroit must've cut him.
GARFIELDKOOL 11-19-2005, 05:00 PM The Pistons are looking good. I think everybody has to respect them now. T-Mac went out with that back injury. He's a great player, but he stays hurt.
isiahthomas 11-19-2005, 05:07 PM Tracy does get hurt often. Former NBA star Ron Harper who played for Cleveland Cavs, Bulls, Lakers is a assistant coach with Detroit now. I wonder how he got that job because he stutters a lot when he talks and he's not a good speaker LOL.

Yeah, Ron Harper talks like a geechi! LOL
isiahthomas 11-19-2005, 05:23 PM LOL. If you think he's bad, check out Tim Hardaway when he speaks hahahahahahahahahaha. He used to have a NBA analyst job for ESPN a few years ago and he sounded so bad when he spoke. I laughed at him a lot.

Lindsey Hunter is out for quite some time due to ankle surgery, I believe it is. He's recovering from an injury.
Stormtracker TF 11-19-2005, 11:35 PM November 19th is a cursed day for Michigan Sports.
I kind of wish I hadnt watched TV today.

The Mavericks whooped the sh*it out of them last night. I have never seen them get blown out like that. The Pistons are good enough to beat the Mavericks.
Brad Russ 11-20-2005, 08:06 PM The Pistons are looking very good so far, but I still think San Antonio is the best team in the league. They play their best ball mid, to late season, so that's when we'll see the best of the Spurs. I'm pretty sure they'll have atleast a 15 game win streak at some point this season.

Oh God, yes it was. Don't get me wrong, it was exciting to be in Spartan Stadium when it was announced that Ohio State beat Michigan, but it was a bad day for Michigan sports teams.
Bad is back. The Pistons are playing exceptionally well. They lost to the Wizards in that double overtime game which they never should have lost. The Pistons will earn a lot of respect around the league if they contimue they way they are playing.

I think they couldve easily had won that game if Lindsey Hunter was healthy and on the team. He is one of our best defenders and couldve ATLEAST slowed Chucky down a bit...The Pistons couldve done it in regulation.
Then Ben, Rip, and Chauncey fouled out...Definetly didnt go our way and shouldve been a win.

When Big Ben was fouled and had a chance to win the game at the line, we all know it was going to miss that foul shot. As soon as it left his hand I knew it was no good

I forgot about that. Yeah, cant really trust Ben for a clutch freethrow even if he is significantly better at freethrows so far this season.

It looked like he didn't even try to make it, from the look of the shot it looked like he said-"the hell with it let's go to overtime"
isiahthomas 12-03-2005, 02:22 PM I was surprised the Wizards beat Detroit last week. The following night when the Wizards played Charlotte, they lost to Charlotte 100-82 LOL. Ben Wallace cracks me up when he shoots free throws. He shot a airball free throw last night LOL.

The Bobcats are a lot better this season
isiahthomas 12-03-2005, 02:51 PM No they're not. Their record is 5-12 LOL.
