 As many times as I have seen the episode "Sorry wrong number"
I never noticed in this episode, the part where Alice and Sam are going to the movies .Mike walks in and Sam says we are going to the movies someone had to take Alice because it was one of those R rated films and she wasn't old enough to see it. Wow even Alice watches bad films.

Sam probably took her to see The French Connection.

Nah - "French Connection" was from 1971, and "Sorry, Right Number" was from 1969.
Maybe they were going to see "Midnight Cowboy".

I thought of FC because it would have appealed to someone like Sam. He was old school, ex military. I don't know if Easy Rider would have appealed to him. Maybe. He seemed like an action movie kind of guy.
