On this day in 1916, Charles Dawson "Daws" Butler was born. Were he still living, the voice of Yogi Bear, Chilly Willy, Cap'n Crunch, Quick Draw McGraw, Huckleberry Hound, and the list goes on and on, would have been 89 years old today.

Toonopedia is great. They got pages on a lot of cartoons. They get a new article everyday somehow though. I wonder what will happen when they run out of characters.

Since they cover the whole spectrum (animation, comic strips, comic books,
editiorial cartoons and magazine cartoons), I don't foresee that happening. At
least, not anytime soon.
