I remember years ago seeing an episode where Mel chased Alice and the girls through the diner.He was after some money the girls had.I don't remember what the situation was.But he chased them into the alley,where a car was parked.All three girls locked themselves up in the car.So Mel climbed onto the roof of the car and began to make his way in through the sunroof.But Vera managed to shut the sunroof door onto Mel's belly.The next thing we knew,Vera was squeezing the door on Mel's belly with Mel hollering his interjections.

Does anyone know what episode this was from,and what the name of the episode was?

I don't know the name of the episode, but what happened was that the girls bought Mel's old car for a small amount. Later Jason told Mel that he would have given him alot of mone for the car. So Mel tried to get the title.

Actually I just looked up the episode. This is the synposis.

Note: In this episode, the diner looks like it got another face lift, it has
new wallpaper, and we get to see the alley in back of the diner for the first
time. Also, Mel has a Volkswagen Beetle, which is the first time it's been
shown. In the first season, an unseen pickup was referred to several times.
Also, as E! airs this episode, it has the same opening as the opening described
in the episode "Star in the Storeroom"
Classic Scene: Mel wedged in the sunroof, with Vera tightening it around him
to try and get him to give up the pink slip from the car.
Classic Quote: Vera shows her usual intellect with the following quote: "Yeah,
