I predict that great days are ahead for "WINGS".....

Once that first DVD set is released, this message board is going to be SMOKIN'! We'll be busily posting messages to each other again, comparing notes and thoughts on the DVD packaging, "extras" (if any) and the shows themselves.

I also predict that the first "Wings" DVD set will sell very well.....there are a LOT of people (many of them not even "hardcore" WINGS fans like we are) who have said that they remember the show, enjoyed it, and would buy it on DVD if it ever came out in that format. I hope that the DVD sales are through the roof and that Paramount gets the shock of their life!

Yes, that DVD release should bring new life to "WINGS"....I can't wait!

I'm positive that these messageboards will be as popular as it was when "Wings" came to N@N a couple years ago. I think we all just needed something to get us going again. Paramound seems to be good with releases with the exception of Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and Mork & Mindy. But I think that those shows had big music rights that the sales didn't justify. "Wings", to my knowledge shouldn't have music rights problems.

Another aid is the new popularity of Tony Shalhoub and THChurch. As soon as the release date nears I'll be posting at their IMDB and The Monk board to get the word out to fans that will hopefully bolster sales.

I'd love to see a lot more discussion here too. :talk:
