Okay, Louis Gosset Jr.'s character was Reuben, Florida's brother from Detroit. I remember he said that he liked to come and fill in for James whenever James was out of town. My question is: how come when James died he did not move in w/ Flo & kids? He said that he liked being the male figure in the house when James was not around. How come when James was PERMANENTLY not around he did not move in? For some reason, I just started thinkng about that. I really think I am so addicted to GT that I am starting to analyze everything. :happyface

Can you imagine how the show wouldv'e been with him? But since he and John Amos were filming "Roots", it's safe to say, that never would have materialized. and if you don't mind me saying, since James died, and Florida and the kids were alone, THEN HE COULD HAVE GONE TO ALASKA FOR A YEAR. Damn!!! LOL

Think about it, how could he move in with Flo if he was her brother? Was he going to sleep in the same bed with his sister or shack up with Michael and J.J every night on the sofa bed? so it was no way he could have moved in but defintely could have made another visit.

Something I thought was funny is about a season earlier, he played Thelma's older boyfriend.
