As mentioned in the link above, a man named John Regan, who is accused of an attempted kidnapping in New York, is now being investigated in the abduction and murder of Molly Bish. Investigators are also looking into other unsolved cases (dating back as far as 1988) to see if any of them are linked to him.

You may recall that UM profiled the Molly Bish case in 2002, at which time she was only a missing person. Her remains were found in 2003, three years after she disappeared.

Thats interesting. The picture of him wasn't very close up but he didn't seem to resemble the man in the composite sketch at all.

I agree. But of course, it should be noted that he's not officially a suspect. However, since his position as a salesman has him travelling, the cops want to determine whether he had been in the vicinity of Warren, MA, on June 27, 2000, place and date where Molly vanished.

Since I live in Massachusetts, I shouldn't have any trouble keeping you informed about any further news on the case. For now, however, please check out the Molly Bish web site (mollybish.org).

WoW! Really? I think the sketch looks exactly like this guy Regan! That's the first thing I thought of when I saw him on the news.

They said on the news yesterday that John Regan was not in Warren, MA at the time of her disappearance.

That is very sad, the Bish family has already gone through so much grief & now this happens. I hope Mr. Bish recovers from his stroke.
