Today I just have this urge to name all the now-popular people who appeared on Good Times. If there is anybody missing, please add that on:
1) John Amos & Janet Jackson (well, they are all more popular than the rest of the cast members)
2) Louis Gossett Jr.: Thelma's boyfriend & Florida's brother from Detroit
3) Debbie Allen: JJ's drug addicted fiancee?
4) Robert Guillaume: Fishbone
5) Jay Leno: the guy J.J. was talking to at the clinic when he thought he had V.D.
6) Angela Davis: the older woman who dated JJ
7) Phillip Michael Thomas: Thelma's college boyfriend who wrote a thesis on sex in the Ghetto?
8) Sheryl Lee Ralph: J.J.'s bougie girlfriend who ditched him at the restaurant when she found out he lost his job?
9) Carl Weathers: the husband of the lady who JJ was supposed to paint nude
10) Rosalind Cash: Thelma’s 35 year old dance teacher that JJ ended up moving in with against Florida’s wishes
11) Vernee Watson-Johnson: I know that she was in the episode "Thelma's African Romance." She also played Will Smith's mom on Fresh Prince
12) Debbi Morgan: I know she played JJ's girlfriend in one episode and in another episode she played the ex-girlfriend of the guy who tried to kill himself in the bathroom
