I have gone to every single place in town I would have thought had the TC Season 5 out....but none did...I read some of you'll have it already....what do you'll think of it!??!

According to the BestBuy advert in Sunday's paper the price of the Season 5 set is $24.99. I went with Amazon last time as they were cheaper, but this time Amazon is $27.99! Looks like I'll be heading over to BestBuy on my lunch break Tuesday to pick up my copy!! Woo-hoo!

i cant pick up the dvd cause i already told my mom i want for christmas or my birthday either way .. christmas day 25th my birthday jan 12th too close together lol. if she didnt buy then i buy right after my birthday then ..

It was great to have all the episodes unedited, I could finally see the Chrissy phone-tag scenes after all these years. Just happens that my parent's favorite Three's Company episode is on this set 'Dying to Meet You', the one that Jack is in the coffin.

The season 5 set is great! I was able to get my copy early from Best Buy. The first thing I saw was the Jack and Chrissy phone scene in "Make Room For Daddy". I've been really anxious to finally see that tag scene. The Jenillee Harrison interview was very interesting...she talks about how she got the part as Cindy Snow, etc. It's a great set!

Because some stores have it out early!!! Execpt for here...I've been to Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Circuit City, and Hastings ....every single day since Friday!!! And I guess I will have to wait til Tuesday:(!!!

None of the stores over here had it out early on the shelves either. What I did was I called Best Buy and asked if they had any copies of Three's Company season 5, and they checked for me. They didn't pay attention to the release date, so when they realized they had some in stock but not on the shelves, they went and put some out in the store for sale. The employee told me this when I called, so that's how I knew they would be on the shelves when I got to the store. Maybe you could try calling the stores and they'll tell if season 5 is on the shelves (a lot of the employees don't pay attention to the release date and assume that the item has already been released).

that when you call best buy but not there you should just hold on until tuesday is coming out you pick up then ..

Woo-hoo! I just picked up my copy at BestBuy! I had to search since it was not on the shelf yet, it was on a cart with other new releases pushed off to the side. Sure wish I had a DVD drive in my PC at work...guess I'll just have to be patient and wait until I get home.

I swear to you, though, I think Long Island is slowly getting rid of Three's Company DVDs :eek: Getting seasons 1-3 was a piece of cake-- they were offered in nearly all the major stores around here ( Wal-mart, Best Buy, FYE ) but last time I tried to get Season 4, I noticed that NOBODY was carrying it. Same thing with Season 5 today! I went to Wal-mart and FYE(twice) and they didn't have it. So I waited 'til after work to go to Best Buy and sure enough-- Season 5 right in the entrance of the store :biglove: I really hope they are not thinking of pulling it off the shelf completely...especially not for Season 6 :mad: Anyway, I have it now and all is good in the world :D :p

The season 5 DVD is excellent. I got mine last night and that is all I watched. It is really good. If you don't have it yet make sure you get it soon. It is a must have if you are a Three's Company fan.

I reserved mine and had a Media Play gift card,which gave me #5+ off.I also bought batteries for my remote, so it only costed me $8+

Exactly, which is why I always set aside a Saturday whenever a new season of one of my favorite shows is released because it does seem like you are rediscovering the show all over again due to unseen footage.

I see you're from Long Island. I was talking about this same thing on the dvd board. I work in a building just outside of Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream and I mentioned how the Target, Circuit City and FYE in this area didn't have the set. Target did have season 4, I remember buying it there the day it came out. But it was strange that none of these stores had season 5.

Yeah, it was definately strange. Season 4 wasn't anywhere to be found either, and when I asked the workers at FYE and Walmart if they had it, they looked at me like I had eight heads. I wonder if it's just not doing well in sales around here?

I guess I hadn't pay much attention to the cover but I was reading the stuff on the DVD cover and stuff and when I looked at the pix.....IS SUZANNE trying to show off some leg?! Like it looks like she is pulling up her dress...No offense but she is totally over shadowed by John and Joyce!!
