One customer even tried cutting through the crosstape through the entrance
Sad thing is this is not the first time I've heard a story like this. Some people have no common sense  The really sad thing is that if something happened to one of these idiots, they or their loved ones would probably be suing the store for negligence.
On a similar note, my mom was at the pharmacy one time when an elderly man suddenly collapsed. The several employees in the store all rushed over to help. At least five customers starting complaining because they had to wait a few minutes to receive assistance from an employee

The sad thing is, if the fire was worse, and those customers were injured or killed, everyone would be trashing the fire department and the supermarket employees right now about how they didn't act fast enough to get those people out of the store.
Ireneparalegal 11-12-2005, 09:33 PM anyways....
yes, that would be the case TJL
Janice Johnson 11-12-2005, 09:38 PM What really made me laugh was the dweeb who tried to cross the caution tape after the fire to get back in the store!  ;)
Warm & Fuzzy 11-12-2005, 10:32 PM Sounds like something I'd do, LOL! I want my milk, dammit! :p
