I recieved the "Sporst Night" dvd set for christmas.

What a great gift. I'm so happy I finally have this show in my DVD collection.

just got the dvd set and i have burned through the whole thing twice in a month....best show ever...."good show"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great cast, great writing, funny and touching.
Short lived, but it was a great run.

I absolutely agree. SportsNight was the best thing network TV has had to offer. The only show I'd put above it (and I am biased here, admittedly) is Remember WENN from American Movie Classics. I would put these two shows on a par for excellence in writing, acting, and overall quality.

It seems, however, that there are very few of us who remember EITHER show. Pity. Of course, at least there's a SportsNight board here. Nobody bothered with a Remember WENN board....

While I won't agree that it's the best show ever, I just picked up the 10th anniversary edition and am seeing the show for the first time. So far I'm really liking it. It's a good combination of comedy and drama. :D
