View Full Version : Bubbling Brown Sugar...LOL
Ireneparalegal 11-06-2005, 09:40 PM I had seen this episode twice already, and if I don't see it again for a long while, my boyfriend will be so damn happy. I hear that song and I start singing it and it gets stuck in my head...it's one of those songs that no matter what, I hear it and it's stuck there and I gotta imitate the Givens' clapping and dancing. LOL My boyfriend has told me to stop because it's driving him crazy. He told me when the episode was coming on again. He wants a warning so he can leave the room.
Jrnygrl 11-06-2005, 10:27 PM It was good to see this episode. I haven't see a lot of these shows for years.
It was nice to see Wolfman Jack in this ep. I used to love the Midnight Special.

Is that an AM station in L.A.? If so I heard it one night and thought I was losing my mind when I heard the Wolfman's voice. I love the Wolfman in American Graffiti!
Brian Damage 11-07-2005, 12:58 AM I couldn't stand the Givens kids.

i'm with you on that Brian. Say, did anyone else notice, that when Audrey Givens spoke and sang, her top lip somehow made it look like she was toothless, or had one tooth. Kinda like a jack-o-lantern look to her mouth. Scary!!!! I don't know if it was how her teeth were or what.

Actually the station is located in Ventura. I don't know if it can be heard in Los Angeles. Usually when I do go to Los Angeles, I am listening to CD's or satellite radio. When I drive that way, I am gonna check out if I get the station in Los Angeles. I really love this station. I hate AM Radio, but this station is different. They play rare, hard to find oldies and alot of oldies that other so called "oldies" station don't play. I love the Wolfman. I miss him. I enjoyed watching him today too.
