In July 2005, Good Times had just started showing on TVLand and I was searching the internet for some info regarding John Amos and his being fired from the show. Somehow, one of the links brought me here. I read alot of the posts and other things and as a matter of fact, it was Soloman's thread abt "$4.25 Wages and Being Rich" something like that. He went on abt how ridiculous it was for James and the family to think they were RICH. He said, was the family that poor!!???? LMAO!!! I put a post there and i was so serious stating that the minimum wage was $2 an hour in that era etc. etc. etc.  :happyface

Back in May 2001 I was just goofing around on the internet looking for Gilligan sites. Well I found SO and have been coming ever since. I had a long hiatus and would come for a week every season or so. Since I got my own computer and brodband I have been here a lot more.

I came here because of my newfound obsession with Three's Company...I lingered mainly on that board until I discovered Chit Chat. Now I frequent: Three's Company, Chit Chat, Chit Chat Movies, Chit Chat Music, That 70's Show, General Sitcoms Discussion, and the TC fanfiction board. I go to 8 Simple Rules, Unsolved Mysteries, and the Cartoon/Animated Series board(for Simpsons and Family Guy) here and there.

I've actually been a frequent SitcomsOnline.com visitor since probably 2000 or 2001. It wasn't until January this year that I found out that SitcomsOnline.com actually had a message board!!! I looked at it and saw all of the posts, and I just HAD to join! My first post was in the Facts of Life forum. It was about the columbia house tapes. I used to be a VERY frequent poster in the FOL forum, my username used to be "Num1FOLfan222" But now, I hardly ever visit that forum anymore.

Was really bored one day, and had the wild idea that there might be a message board that solely discussed 'Seinfeld'. Googled it up, and it brought me here. It took me about 10 months to discover the fruits of the Chit-Chat boards, though.

This inspired me to go look up the first message boards I ever went to. It was a Three's Company lil message board and my friend and I caused so much trouble, especially with this one girl. We ended up making friends with her  I havn't talked to her in over a year now, though.

I'd be Ashlee...and countless other names I made up, like the conjoined twins and yeah. Kerbear would be my friend. and she's be Rosa Hernandez...and countless others. erm.

Soloman, Brian Damage, Tripperfan, Wynter (now The Chauffer), GarfieldKool, Craftman, Zion's mother, Little Mel, Rock Princess, Buffyslayer, and others who unfortunately had to leave because of the negativity here directed at them. Thanx to all for making the forum a fun place to come t:wave: o everyday. There are so many of you who I didn't mention on here, but you know who you are. Janice the mod, Brian the mod, TJ the administrator for straightening out a few "bad" posters. I really enjoy it here and intend to be here a long long time.

I found Sitcoms on Line back in 2001, when I was looking for information regarding Bill Bixby and The Courtship of Eddie's Father. Then in 2003, I became obsessed with Ron Glass and Barney Miller and that same year I registered as a member (and gave up on my life) under the name of Foxyhonky1975; my first post took place on the Sanford and Son board....and it has been hell since them...;)

In January 2001, or even back in 2000, I was looking for sites about Laverne and Shirley since there was no Usenet newsgroup (as in "alt.tv.laverne-and-shirley") out there dedicated to those bottlecappers from Milwaukee. I ultimately found Sitcomsonline.com which I find to be much better than Usenet. Thank you Todd for making this site a reality!

I came here last month (October 2005), because--after several unsuccessful
attempts to register on the TV Land Message Board (even with the "help" of
tech support)--I did a Google search on "Message Boards" and came up with
this one. So I decided to give it a try. I've never regretted it. So far, I have
posted 190 messages. My first one was in regard to my all-time favorite TV
cartoon shows.
