hey everyone i do not know who all been watching the Jeffersons on wpix at 2:30am and 3:00am but they literaly been skipping episodes to death mean it just so unreal.

I don't mind because I have the first 3 seasons on DVD and want to see the later shows, plus Jeffersons doesn't have much continuity so it's not like there's a continuing plot that I'm missing.

I have a theory that they are going to show the episodes that they are skipping over now after they run through the 11th season, which at this rate should be early next year. If you notice they seem to be airing about 1/2 of each season. They are up to the 6th season already. What a lot of stations do when they air a show 2x a day is begin the syndication run with the 1st episode and then air the episodes sequentially in one timeslot, then in the other timeslot they air an episode from exactly halfway through the series and follow through with the subsequent episodes in that timeslot. This method isn't bad, but when they air the episodes exactly in production order 10x a week it can be a bit boring.

they did skip few good episodes like George Louies in a Bind and when George mentions about Mother Jeffersons death forget what else been skipped
