Is it just me, or does Little Earl remind you of Sam from Diff'rent Strokes?

That is one tv character you don't want to be compaired to, Sam is one of the most disliked sitcom characters of all time.

They are similar, every line they say it in a way that annoys me. At least Little Earl was only on tv for one season, and not in every episode of What's Happening!!, while we had to put with Sam for 2 and half seasons, and was in every episodes of Diff'rent Strokes during that time.

Yeah, very annoying and unneccessary characters.

Little Earl reminds me of Cousin Oliver from the Brady Bunch. Hmmmmmmmmm, both made their appearances in the FINAL seasons of their respective series. hmmmmmmmmm . . . I wonder why???????? A coincedence????? I think not!!!! :lol: :D ;)

This is my first time seeing the Little Earl episodes because I lost interest when Mama was written out the series.

I must say I had to turn to another channel since the kid reminded me of Sam.
