Hello i love the cosby show, which to me is better then good times, but i just have a question, when the cosby show first on nbc was Dr Cosby him self making all of the decisions by not only becoming the creater but being responsible for all of the writing as well as calling all of the shots. how come he wanted his show to be in new york instead of L.A.

Because of all the superficial stuff and drama out there. That is what I heard, anyway.
