Does anybody remember Joel Higgins on an epsiode of Family Matters in the 9th season.

I looked up the episode guide of 'Family Matters'. According to the episode guide Joel Higgins did guest star in episode #198 called 'Who's Afraid Of The Big Black Book.'
I don't recall this episode, even though I did watch the show during the nineties when it aired on CBC in Canada. Even though 'Family Matters' still airs on TBS, it's on so early in the morning I don't get around to watching the show anymore.
