In season 4, episode "Florence Gets Lucky" Thamulus Rasulala was the guest star. Florence was purposely insulting George in front of him. She said, "Mr. Jefferson is so ugly, that when he use to work in the bakery, they use to dip his face in the dough to make the animal cookies." It got a huge laugh, and I recognized that line from the gorilla cookies insult Fred used on Esther. So I was wondering if you think that line was stolen, or borrowed from Sanford and Son. Maybe the same writer worked on both episode. What do you think?

It probably was since the line was said on S&S before the Jeffersons premired. If she had said Gorilla cookies, it would have been really corny
