BUT, while watching the eps I have seen something in each ep that I never seen on the LOCAL syndicated versions or the N@N versions. So I guess that means the eps are UNCUT even though they are 22-23 mins in length, I think-LOL

Yeah, by the early 90s I think the length of half hour episodes without commercials got down to around 23 minutes.

Well i'm going to record a N@N FP ep tonight and it should be 18-19 min if the uncut version is 23 min

Ok i just recorded a FP ep off N@N from the last season and it was 21:47 in length. Now me and u both know N@N cuts more than 2 min-LOL I'm still kind of confused because like I said I did see different scenes I never saw before but for some reason the eps were 22-23 min. I guess I won't really find out until I record a season 2 ep which will be tomorrow.

No, I think the first seasons's episodes were 24:30 approximately long. And after that the episodes were only around 22-23 minutes long (unedited.) On Nick at Nite edited they are all around 21 minutes long, though there are a few that are around 20 minutes long ( I recorded them without commercials). I don't know where you heard they were 18-19 minutes long. Think, A Cartoon is about 6 minutes shorter than that - impossible.
