My nurse took mine earlier today, and it was 118/88. My lowest ever was 102/77, and my highest ever was when I was on adderol, (legalized speed), and it was 162/102. How is your guys' blood pressure??

Mine is about normal (normal is ~120/80).

162/102 is quite high... watch it- very high blood pressure can cause a cerebrovascular accident (stroke) or myocardial infarction (heart attack).

Yep, I know. High blood pressure is definitely nothing to play around with, that's for sure. When I saw that it was that high, it really freaked me out. My nurse immediately took me off the adderol after that, and my B.P. has been pretty much normal ever since. As long as I stay off the caffeine, and any kind of amphetamine, I should be okay.

My blood pressure has always been pretty normal, the usual 120/80. That's amazing considering the fact that high blood pressure runs in my family, I have entirely too much sodium in my diet, I could stand to lose some weight, and I have a bad temper. My sister is only 36 and she's been on BP meds for a few years now. She said the reason my BP is normal despite my bad temper is because I release my anger whereas she keeps hers inside and it builds up.

I just heard recently that 120/80 isn't considered normal anymore. In fact, it's now considered high.

Mine always shoots up when I have a conversation with "Jaws" or "Fleet". Don't know why, but it's not good for my health. ;)

120/60? Something like that. Thats when I went to the doctors though so I was already nerved up. Ive been told though my BP is too low. When I went to the dr last month everyone I got checked for was fine [sugar, bp, iron-- all the things I thought were too low], but my CRP was high [4.2.. avg. is 3 or less] and ESR was 35, instead of 20 or less. Go figure I have no idea what either of them mean, but one of ESRs symptoms is What the risks are:
Fainting or feeling lightheaded Multiple punctures to locate veins, which is what I went in for. And having the dentist and assistants take 25 min. to find a vein for the IV is ridiculous.

My blood pressure has been crazy the last year. My highest was 152/100. (for a 16 year old at the time, that wasnt good) They put me on a BP medication and my bp was 90/50. It's finally normal lol
