To me, Mrs. G (Facts of Life) sure did not look good in this episode abt James getting a job in the dept. store. She looks soooo much older here than she did in Facts of Life. Even when she was on Diff. Strokes, she looked older. She made a great transformation in season 2 (?) when they got rid of all those girls and brought in Nancy McKeon.
