I'm looking into doing a collage of photos for background image for my msg board and a program easy enough like drag and drop to use for putting them together since my brain can't handle anything else.:D

Picasa2 (http://picasa.google.com/index.html) is a free download from Google. It will organize all your images and make collages from ones you select. It's pretty simple.

i dont know if you'll find anything as simple as "drag-and-drop" that will do what you need, but try the gimp
