I just booked my vacation package for Los Angeles - West Hollywood




I will be out of the internet airways for a bit as I will be heading out to Los Angeles California.

Another dream will come true very soon as I will be flying out to the Los Angeles - West Hollywood area to see Freddie’s Star on the walk of fame and take a visit over to Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood to pay my respects to our talented Freddie. I have been dreaming of this event as I did last year when I went to see Isaac “Mando” Ruiz.

I am planning on taking several pictures of my stay there and a walk through of Forest Lawn. I do not know what kind of procedure it is at Forest Lawn Cemetery in regards to cards and flowers. I am planning on getting at least a small bouquet to place by Freddie’s crypt on behalf of all of us. There are additional places and things I would to like do there. But I have not decided as of when and where I will be attending them. Please pray for me for a safe trip and for my emotions to not get to me when I go visit Freddie!!! Love ya all.

Gosh I wish I could take all of you all with me. I could use the support!!

Have a good trip! & Tell Freddie Hi for us & we miss him. You are gonna have so much fun. I'd love to be able to do what you are doing & see all the Freddie stuff there plus the sites from Starsky & Hutch. But since I can't afford to I will live vicariously thru you. Have fun! :)

I hope you enjoy yourself out here. I have easy access to Hollywood, so seeing the walk of fame is something I have seen many many times. I hope you take many pics, enjoy the sites, the cemetary is very beautiful. There will be flowers there as there are a group of fans that always put flowers on the grave of Freddie. Take care, Irene

Thanks everyone, I will be taking tons of pictures when I get there. I will do my best when It comes to being safe too:) I have been to hollywood before several years ago. My Hotel is pretty much near alot of places that I will be attending. :) I am looking into tickets on some shows too:) I'll keep you all updated. I believe though It will be too late for me to see a taping of Freddie

Well I actually found a computer and have to share that my "Freddie field trip" with Wheeone was an incredible experience! We visited so many Freddie places and other local attractions! I was quite moved at Forest lawn cemetery. I did tell Freddie that we all loved him and one special message from my own and yes Pitooey i told him you loved him too. I will tell you all about my Freddie field trip whe I return on wednesday!:wave:

Thank you all fo your prayers and thoughts during this trip. I will be developing my film tomorrow and hopfully have it all up and running in the Freddie site before I leave again for Illinois on Friday morning. When I saw the photos I started to get really nervous. It's as if I was walking to his crypt. Thanks for showing us those photos.

I noticed on the left of Freddie there are a couple of empty crypts. Up and down on the far side of the wall.

I've made reservations again for another trip to LA this year! I will in Hollywood the week before Thanksgiving. I will be planning another visit to see Freddie again. I am looking forward to it this time. I hope to be more at ease and more at peace with myself and with Freddie. I will keep you all posted on more details and if anyone wants me to bring something for them to Freddie's crypt please email asap. and we can work something out.. I am so looking forward to this again!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your support, wishes, and prayers while I prepare for my trip to LA. I will be visiting several Freddie locations, some I have never seen and some of the familiar ones that I visited at my last visit in Los Angeles. I am certain that my visit with Freddie this time at Forest Lawn will be a pleasant one and not as emotional as it was the last time. I believe I will be more at peace with him and just thank him for his wonderful gift he gave to all of us. Keep me in your prayers for a safe flight, as I love to fly but still get a little paranoid on direct flights. I'll be up in the air for about 3 hours and hate turbulence. I will take tons of photos and will look forward to the warm weather. We are now experiencing much colder weather here in the midwest. I will think of you guys and gals when I visit Freddie and wish you all could be here with me. I will be back on Wednesday evening the 15th.

I just wanted to let you all know that I am having a great time here. I spent the day Monday with Wheeone and we had such a great time. We visited several Freddie locations and one in particular was kinda freaky. Wheeone if you see this, I'm sure you know what I am talking about! We, I especially wondered about a few things that Freddie, could have, would have, done while he was living in the areas we visited. I am flying back home tomorrow, I may be online sometime wednesday evening. Thanks for your prayers and well wishes I am having a great time and miss all of you!

Okay now I have to know the freaky theaky thing that has happened. I can't WAIT to find out.....

I had a great day with you, loved the little "freaky moment" in the day and enjoyed navigating our insane L.A. traffic with you on the "field trip". I don't know about you but there was a moment on that canyon road when there really wasn't room for two cars to pass on the curve that I was beginning to wonder when the road would turn into one lane :eek: ...LOL.....how 'bout you?

I will always remember our trek on that canyon road Wheeone, LOL. Just trying to imagine Freddie zipping through that narrow road in his Stingray would be a sight to see. I will never forget that "freaky" moment and our expressions on what we discovered. Thanks wheeone, for making this "field trip" a memorable moment!

As I was reading on your excursion and following the story I shuddered to think that Freddie drove there. He was a bad driver. I would've held on for dear life.

It sounds like you two had a wonderful time. I was with you in spirit and hope and pray that someday I will be able to do the same trip.
