Just a heads up, it looks like we will be having old episodes of Unsolved Mysteries for the next 3 weeks. On November 14th, Lifetime will go back to newer episodes.

Yeah, I noticed that Lifetime showed an Unsolved Mysteries episode from 1989 in the second hour slot, yesterday. :D

I wish I knew why they show them this way. Just once, I would like to see Lifetime air them in complete order from the first season to the last. Well, one can dream, can't they? :lol:

I doubt all of them were licensed to Lifetime for syndication, unfortunately. Similar with syndicated sitcoms, you tend to see the same ones a lot and also edited for time.

Unsolved Mysteries seems to be edited even more since they have to squeeze in updates that obviously were not present on the original broadcast night. I've noticed a lot of syndication edits in various episodes over the years, not to mention entire segments dropped from individual episodes becasue they ran out of time. Its annoying.

Well, the old episodes end tomorrow, no episodes air Friday because of The Golden Girls marathon.

Then on Thursday, December 1st at 11AM (Central) another old one will air. Then it seems more old episodes will begin again on Monday, December 5th.

Oh man :( The old episodes are my favorites!
