an early 1990's sitcom about a teenage girl and her family. It was named after her (a cheesy name like "Flower" or something). She had a rather large nose. Her brother was Joey (kind of dumb, had long hair). Her frind's name was Seven I think. This is driving me CRAZY. Please help
