I remember a story on Unsolved Mysteries about a young woman who was boating of Lewisville Lake in Texas and her boat was hit by a speed boated and the propeller cut up her face pretty bad.

Scanning the episode guide I believe the episode aired on May 23, 1997. Can anyone point me in the correct direction to find the name of the young lady? For some reason I believe her name was Stephanie.

Or does anyone have information on the case?
