Those of you who went to the tapings so far is Bob even in any episodes. I think I only saw his name mentioned once in an episode spoiler or is he in the episodes but with just very brief parts. I think they should've just made him a recurring guest-star. Also does anyone besides me wanna see Laurie #1 or even Laurie #2 make an appearance (it would make me happy)?

Bob is so useless now. Remember when he was a character and not just a figure? Yeah, it's hard to think back thta far but it happened.

I know it seems he was only in a few episodes last season after Midge left and when he was there he had like 1 line then he'd walk away.

I hope so! I love Bob and his obsession with banjos ;) We also need someone to piss Red off :D

The character of Bob has suffered through no fault of his own.

Tanya Roberts left, so there was no more Midge and Bob to play scenes on their own. Then Bob had Joanne, which was ok, and gave him someone to be with and to antagonize Red.

Then after Joanne left we have Bob alone again. His interaction with Red has to be limited since Red has to interact with Kitty (who has no Midge).

Then they bring in Jackie's mom Pam, so we get a lot more Bob scenes.
Then they bring back Midge for a bit, so a little more Bob after Pam.

Now we have Bob back alone.

Poor bouncing Bob.

He's still a regular, but there have been some episodes this season where Bob doesn't have any screen time at all. Don just stands around at the taping doing nothing.

i think he's a great character it's just ashame he's not being included in a lot of episodes im surprised don never quit yet. It also looks Laurie pulled a Chuck Cunningham since it seems she's not coming back unless they do something and bring her back for the last half of the season since the first half is just about done filming.

Lisa Robin Kelly is the only true Laurie. As for Bob, he is only good in small doses.
