By now I was expecting season box sets, but I heard that Silver Spoons will not sell good, and Facts is not coming out anytime soon.


What is with SONY? They are releasing crap! They need to release 80's shows and more of them!



We need to keep voting on DVD.com and Sony websites for these 2 shows. So far, they seem to be 2 of the only 80s sitcoms in the works that MAY get a release, but as of now, everything is haulted.

I guess I am really lucky because they put out all 4 seasons of Soap, but I would be mad too if it was my show and they did not put it out.:confused:

I'm very amazed about FOL. I always thought it was a fairly popular show. It still has a larger following than Sony realizes. Since they are releasing all these duds they might as well release "Gloria."

Sony, how can you treat the Facts of life like that? I mean it is an 80s classic.:o :(

I think it will obviously be released, they're probably wanting to get the timing just right... you know how these marketing people are.

I'm very angry at Sony also. I want my Silver Spoons :mad: . Hopefully DS S2 will sell better than S1, then they'll hopefully release Facts of Life which I'm sure will sell decently. Maybe by then, sometime in the next few years, they'll release Silver Spoons :mad: .

Sony needs to realize that all these shows DO NOT have the same fanbases, so every show is going to sell differently.

Personally if they can't see that FOL will sell well then they're just plain dumb :rolleyes:

My thoughts exactly. Not every Sony show is a Seinfeld and sales shouldn't be gauged againt it.
