I remember one time when I was watching a Sanford & Son rerun. It was an episode from the last season. Lamont and fiacnce Janet were saying good night. Janet says, "Good night, Lamont." Lamont then says, "Good night, Marlene." Who's Marlene? I thought her name was Janet. I looked at the closing credits and saw that the actress who played Janet Lawson had the name of Marlene Clark in real life. For whatever reason, this blunder by Demond(Lamont Sanford)Wilson was never corrected.

On another episode, I can't remember the name but i believe it was the one with Scatman Crothers as Bowlegs. Anyway, his partner Al (I think) called Fred "Redd"

How about the episode with George Forman, he complains he thinks he has broken his hand after hitting the wall. When he leaves the room he grabs the door knob with the same hand.

On the episode when Lamont brought home those caskets. Melvin (Slappy White) came over and him and Fred were standing in the yard. They were discussing how those caskets are bad luck, Melvin told Fred to look at his eye, because it was jumping and Fred told him that he better hurry home because it's going to rain, Melvin asked Fred how do you know that, Fred replied, because my corn been acting up. When Melvin turned around to leave he said Alright, Redd, and then Fred. Did anyone else hear that?
