I noticed that Michael never made fun of Thelma as much as he made fun of JJ. In fact, he always took Thelma's side whenever Thelma and JJ had their arguments. Michael was biased. :p

JJ only talked about her looks and her smarts cause he was the exact opposite of her. He wished he looked that good.
