"The Clock King's Crazy Crimes" (prod. #9711-Pt. 1) first aired @ 7:30 p.m. (EDT) on ABC as the 45th episode of Batman.

Walter Slezak (The Clock King) was the father of One Life To Live star Erika Slezak. The Clock King debuted in World's Finest #111, August 1960. CK also existed in comics books as a Green Arrow villain.

There is also a Clock King, voiced by Alan Rachins, who has appeared in the 90's animated Batman series. He bears little resemblence to Walter Slezak and even less to the comic book Clock King.

The producers felt that the casting of European actor Walter Slezak as Clock King would appeal more to the show's European audience.
