Talk Show Host Caroline Rhea is giving up her role on TheWB's "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" early next year to move on to a bigger and better project.. as of next year she will be the replacement host of "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" when Rosie gives up her seat for Caroline next year. Rosie will remain a regular guest on the Caroline Rhea Show next year and a show consultant.
