Ahh, I wouldn't count on reality including that 3rd one for very often this season. Jacksonville is a good team. I see the Bengals winning at least 10 games, at the most 12.

I'll be the one laughing last when the Bengals make the playoffs over your Jags. When was the last time Jags made the playoffs again? 1999? I believe the Bengals have had a better record over the last 2-3 seasons which is saying a lot. :)

I think it was back in 1999. They were defeated by the Titans in the Titans' first-year of "existance!" I know after that, then coach Tom Coughlin was rubbing his players the wrong way. And nobody liked him for his rigid rules. I heard that the players had a blast throwing a party when he left.

Truthfully, 12+ games won for the Bengals probably isn't that unrealistic. Better team than I might want to admit, not the toughest schedule in the league by a long shot.

Meanwhile, as for Jacksonville: If they can get themselves together, and can KEEP it together, they've got a shot. Currently, they're just a bit...unreliable as far as their pattern of who they beat/lose to. Also not a fan of the Under-30-points streak they've got going. If they get it together, a Wild Card berth looks good (let's be realistic, until the Colts salary cap problems hit 'em, Indy's a lock for the AFC South)
