I wish Zara Culley would have remained on the show. Mainly when she said something about Weezy, it came out of nowhere. Weezy was sweet and didn't bother anyone, but Mother Jefferson sometimes ate her up! LOL Especially when she criticized her cooking. Weezy had some comebacks for her as well. I remember in episode "Louise vs. Jenny" (season 3) when Ralph brought Mother J over in a wheelchair. Ralph asked Mother J when she would like to go home. Mother J said, "That depends on how long my daughter-in-law could stand having me around!" Weezy looked at Ralph and said, "Comeback in a half an hour!" LOL Just by saying that, that was a good comeback from Weezy! Had Zara Culley not died, the Mother Jefferson and Weezy insults would have rivaled George and Florence's.

(Mother Jefferson finished off that interaction by saying, "She thinks she's making a joke, but I'm sure I'll be staying for dinner!")

Didn't Zara pass away during the season? I loved her character. She was annoying as hell to Louise but she was funny.
