I vaguely remember a case where two teenage boys(into heavy metal) invaded a home outside Little Rock, Arkansas, killing a man and leaving his baby unharmed. They were wanderers, with no-one really sure where they were from. I remember a skeleton earring was a critical link in the case. Does anyone know the outcome of this case?

UM had an update on that case. The two kids were identified, and pleaded guilty to four murders (including the victim you mentioned, who was actually a woman). They were both given life sentences. The update mentioned that the development was made right before the segment's original 1990 broadcast (although the development obviously came on such short notice that there wasn't enough time to add an update to the original telecast of the segment).

Thanks for the information Kane. I never saw the update on this case. It continued to resonate in my mind, with myself always wondering if the resolved the case. Comforting they were caught!

Also the killed the woman (and left the baby unharmed) and at least two other men. One they tricked into coming to help them fix their car. The other two were a father/son elderly duo that they killed.
That case sickened me. There was no reason that these two kids picked these people and they represented the most defenseless people. Why would anyone take a mother away from her child, kill elderly people or kill someone trying to help you out. It made me sick!
