Saw this in the October 9-16th issue of the new tvguide:

John Stamos plays Tony Gates, a flirty med student/paramedic and Gulf War Veteran who sets his sights on Neela. "The first episode starts with a bang" says Stamos. "I run into the middle of a police shootout."

The first of Stamos' two episodes debuts November 10.

I did not get to watch John Stamos on ER.

I don't watch "ER", but I've heard of him.
