I remember ....when i was younger like...11 or 12 perhaps....probably late 80's or maybe 1990 and episode was aired on USM....regarding a army jacket that was found on the side of a road in a wooded area. Once the jacket was retrieved by a passerby....they found a VHS tape in the pocket. They popped the VHS tape in there tape recorder and it showed footage of a building burning? In the backround you can hear voices conversing with one another in which USM posted subtitles on the bottom of the screen to hear what exactly was said? If my memory serves me correctly it was a couple mexican gentlemen....one guy by the name of OMAR. Anyways this episode bugs me out...and i'm curious to know the story behind this particular episode? What year it was ran? and whether or not the case was solved? Was it an arson? please help me out.

Yes, the case has been solved, but the arsonist was a juvenile at the time of the crime so his name has not been released.

thanks alot. I really want to get ahold of that footage. That **** scared me to death when i was like 11 years old. I hated it :(
