Mork and Mindy? Several people never considered M&M a spinoff of Happy days. I guess it's a spinoff. What do you think?

Many people say no, but I would definitely call Mork and Mindy a spinoff.

it is listed as a spinoff
but certainly it is not a true spinoff with an established character
they just used happy days to introduce mork to the usa in order to boost ratings

right, because in the "The Fonzie show" a.k.a. "Happy Days" a.k.a. "crappie days":lol: episode where Mork was introduced, Richie dreamed he saw him.

Even in the Mork&Mindy Pilot, it wasn't a real guest apperance by Fonzie, it was a flashback of when he met Fonz and was set up on a date with Laverne.

Thats how a lot of spin-offs are used.
