LOL I was watching the Proud family cartoon last night & you can tell they were making fun of Brandy. Penny had won a trip to see her favorite star Sonny aka Brandy. On the set of her show Iesha, aka Moesha. The way they drew Sonny resembled Brandy & they showed Sonny as a stuck-up who had to take care of her brother Jay Jay lol! Then at the end of the show, they made fun of the Parkers too lol. I wonder if Brandy have ever seen this episode?

I Loved that "The Proud Family" gave a shoutout to the black shows on UPN, even Moesha and the Parkers. That was my all time favorite episode of that series. I liked the part where Sonny lights into the guy who played her father

"You May play my daddy but you are NOT my Daddy, and if it wasn't for me, you will still be doing A Solder's Story off-off-off-OFF Broadway!"

and at the end when Penny asks her about the show: "Let them hire Beyonce"

And at the very end when "My Mamma and Me" weer eating the Proud Snax: "UHH UHH! My MAMA IS CHOKING ON PROUD SNAX! UHH UHH!

Interesting enough, Sonny Stevens was voiced by Gabrielle Union. and the Mamma on "My Mamma and Me" was Kym Whitney.

I remember that episode, in my opinion the one that got slammed the most in that episode is Ray J.

The part when Sonny says "I have to support my brother." And I don't remember if they had an adjective like "I have to support my no talent brother."

Anyway that is irony because Ray J. is currently working with the voice of Penny Proud on One On One. How is that for irony.
